About Our Leadership
Dr. Shashi More, Founding Partner, President, and CEO of Nucentra Solutions, brings decades of expertise in engineering and industrial innovation. His vision drives the company’s success in delivering cutting-edge solutions across diverse industries. With a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, specializing in Acoustics, Vibrations, and Dynamics, his research focused on aircraft noise, sponsored by the FAA, NASA, and Transport Canada.
Dr. More has made significant contributions to the Data Center and Power Generation industries. Notably, he previously served as the Global Data Center Engineering Leader at Cummins Inc. He is also an active researcher and innovator in acoustics and noise control, contributing to organizations like the National Academy of Engineering, NIOSH, and the U.S. National Park Service. As a member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering, he chairs conferences and serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals, including the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (IJERPH), the Journal of the Acoustical Society of America (JASA), and the Noise Control Engineering Journal (NCEJ). He holds patents in genset enclosures and noise reduction technologies, reflecting his commitment to innovation and excellence.
